Creating a website from scratch can be daunting. The good news is we aren't reinventing the wheel. Just like the tools you use to keep your business running, we use tools to expedite the web design process. Our designers are trained and highly experienced using existing web tools like Wix, Sqaurespace, GoDaddy, and Google Domains.

Let's discover what your needs are. We'll schedule a phone call or meeting to discuss your current online presence and determine where to go from there.
REVIEW & LAUNCH
Do you love it? Do you hate it? We'll make sure you're happy and your business is represented well on your new site before we go live.
SET UP
Before we can build your new site we need to establish your domain (the www. part) and what hosting services you'll need. Then we'll create accounts for these on your behalf or if you have existing services we will securely manage the transfer for you.
MAINTENENCE
We get it, details change, updates are needed. Sometimes this takes a few minutes and other times it's a big undertaking. We have two options for website maintenance after launch:
1. Monthly service plan
or
2. Pay-as-you-go.

After agreeing on scope, our designers will get to work crafting the perfect website tailored to the needs of your business.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL
You always own your website, domain, data, and contents. North Georgia Pro Designs acts as a web manager on your behalf, with your permission, always. We set up all accounts in your name using your details.
EXCLUSIONS IN OUR DESIGN SERVICE
Please note that our website design and creation services focus solely on the core design, development, and customization of your site. They do not cover any additional expenses or third-party costs associated with launching or maintaining a website. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hosting Fees: Costs for server space or web hosting providers (e.g., monthly or annual plans from services like SiteGround, Bluehost, or AWS).

Domain Purchases or Renewals: Registration or renewal fees for your domain name (e.g., through registrars like GoDaddy or Namecheap).

Platform Costs: Subscription fees for content management systems, e-commerce platforms, or builders (e.g., WordPress premium themes/plugins, Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace plans).

Business Services: Expenses related to business operations, such as payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal fees), SEO tools, analytics software, or legal/compliance services.

Email Services: Setup or ongoing costs for professional email hosting (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or custom domain emails).

Other Add-Ons: Any plugins, apps, stock images, custom fonts, security certificates (e.g., SSL), or ongoing maintenance/updates beyond the initial project scope.

We recommend budgeting separately for these items ($300 - $500 annually), as they are essential for a fully operational website. If needed, we can provide guidance on reliable providers and help integrate them during the design process to ensure seamless compatibility.
